Technical Documentation

SIOM has been designed so that it as easy as possible for all potential agents to access the system. From this standpoint, all efforts have been made to avoid the need for agents to incorporate specific products or require special applications to access the market, the exception being the introduction of the infrastructure associated security procedures.

SIOM always uses a secure access, which requires a digital certificate and a crytographic keys pair associated to a person from the agent. OMIE issues these certificates in a smart-card format or in digital certificate (.p12 file).
